PSM Service S.r.l. was established in Cuneo in July 2015, driven by the ambition to offer services across various fields, leveraging the extensive expertise acquired over years of work.

This Environmental Policy – drafted in accordance with UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 – prioritizes customer satisfaction and environmental protection, complying with applicable laws and other requirements subscribed to by the Organization.
The company has implemented procedures that, beyond meeting regulatory requirements, aim at the continuous improvement of the Environmental Management System to enhance its performance.
To concretize its commitment, PSM Service S.r.l. intends to:
Increase customer satisfaction through periodic Customer Satisfaction surveys and responsible analysis of received complaints.
Monitor the quality of provided services through systematic monitoring and measurement of processes and products.
Ensure prevention and protection in environmental safeguarding.
Conduct thorough investigations of any incidents/non-conformities to identify causes, verify compliance with applicable procedures and controls, and implement appropriate actions to prevent recurrence.
Address significant environmental aspects with the best economically sustainable technologies.
Evaluate potential environmental impacts or impacts on product/service quality from the definition phase of new activities/products/services or during the revision of existing ones.
Maintain a continuous improvement process of the Environmental Management System's effectiveness and related processes.
Train, inform, and raise awareness among staff about the Environmental Management System's content, including this Policy, to ensure activities are conducted in compliance with the established requirements.

Based on the stated Policy, PSM Service S.r.l. defines measurable objectives and targets and programs to achieve them. Management is committed to reaching the set objectives, continuously monitoring their progress.
Annually, during the Review, Management analyzes the obtained results and verifies the established objectives, targets, and programs, assessing their validity to ensure continuous improvement in quality and environmental performance, and verifies the validity of this Policy, making necessary revisions if needed.
